- Good PR, i.e. We ordered a 1400mah battery and upon delivery dicovered that they had sent a 1600mah battery. We contacted them and they informed us that they were out of the 1400s, so, instead of making us wait until the 1400 was back in stock, they sent us a 1600. Very cool.
Cons:
- Not a whole lot of accessories, but are always adding to their inventory
- You have to choose between a discount or a freebie - you can't do both

Not to worry though - customer service said they would waive the extra charge.

Pros:

Cons:
- Pretty poor site layout, kind of hard to find things
- They charge a $5.99 handling fee no matter what or how many items you purchase. This can actually be good if you have a large order, but for individual items it is pretty expensive.
